If, After 2 Business Days,
You Never Received Your Registration Packet...


(if you are Unlimited Submissions user and never printed your
online Certificate, please email us for a duplicate)

First, don't panic.  We will NOT rip you off!

This is almost always the result of your email program filtering our messages and

 We WILL provide you with a duplicate packet! 

There are only 2 reasons you may not have gotten yours:

1. We needed more information (in which case we always send you email messages explaining exactly what we still need);
2. Your email program thought your packet was spam and either didn't deliver it or filtered it to your spam or trash folder.


So always CHECK YOUR SPAM AND TRASH FOLDERS for our previous messages — and ADD our EMAIL ADDRESSES (click here) to your Contacts or Safe List

[P.S.  We are very good about sending out all registration packets within 2 business days from when your song files are received (in fact, if you find your songs in our online Song Libraries, it means we DID send out your packet(s)).]

If your Packet is not in your Trash or Spam folder, please fill out the form below as best you can (for your security), and we'll tell you the problem — or send you a duplicate packet, usually within the hour!

Then make sure your email program is set to permit mail from "songregistration.com" (and keep checking your spam/trash folders).
