Not only will this give you a little distance from your normal songwriting routine, but it will allow you to create a new paradigm for your writing process.<\/p>\n<p>This is a similar concept to what more conventional narrative writers call <a href=\"http:\/\/emmadarwin.typepad.com\/thisitchofwriting\/psychic-distance-what-it-is-and-how-to-use-it.html\">psychic distance<\/a>.
