First, don't panic.  We ALSO email you a duplicate copy (automatically) at the same time we send you to your Affidavit page to print!

So check ALL your mail folders for it, including Spam and Trash, etc., and you can then just print that emailed copy for your records.

    - But If you were NEVER sent to your Affidavit page to print after your upload, it means the upload DID NOT GO THROUGH, and you should try again (go back to our HELP section, then click "uploading" for a link back to the Uploader).


If you'd like another copy of your Affidavit emailed to you, just request one in the form below.

And if you'd like a printed copy physically mailed to you, you can order one from the link you can find in your Affidavit (your online Affidavit has a button at the top, your emailed Affidavit has a link in the letter accompanying it), or from our HELP section (#7).
