PRIME Plan
Rules and Additional Terms
The PRIME Plan is built for individual songwriters or songwriting teams who want to keep adding new songs over a 12-month submission window, up to 500 songs total, for one fee.
3 Simple Rules
- Only you, the copyright owner, whether an individual or songwriting team, may use this plan. It is not transferable and may not be used for multiple unrelated clients.
- Songs must be submitted using the Online Uploader only. No email attachments, mail-ins, or cloud links.
- There is a 500-song maximum and a 12-month submission window.
Additional PRIME Plan Terms
- The PRIME Plan is limited to the lawful copyright owner(s) of the material and may not be used by managers, publishers, agencies, attorneys, or other representatives to register works owned by multiple unrelated clients. Unauthorized use may result in termination from the Program and deletion of songs.
- The $99.95 fee covers twelve months of submissions, up to 500 songs total. To register beyond that term or above that maximum, you may renew your Plan anytime.
- When your 12-month Plan ends, you will be reminded about renewing. Renewal is optional, and SongRegistration® never takes automatic payments from your credit card.
- Material already registered remains registered even if you do not renew. Renewal only affects future submissions and support.
- All musical pieces must be submitted using the Online Uploader only. For mail-ins or email attachments, use the Standard Plan.
- You can print registration documents instantly and will also receive an emailed copy automatically when each upload completes.
- Documents include registrar name and address, titles and song files, submission date and time, composer names, originating IP address, and locator-ID of your material in the registered archives.
- SongRegistration.com® maintains certified copies of your documents and registered work as provided in the general Terms of Use.
